Tackling taxes and politics

Written by

Lately there has been a lot of discussion about the amount of tax being paid by various segments of our society.

With the price of commercial real estate dropping it’s a great time to lock in long term lease rates.  Sometimes locking in that rate may require moving offices. Recently two of our clients moved offices.

The rainy season is upon us! Wouldn’t it be nice to stay at home, dry and out of the rain with a nice cup of hot chocolate?  The only problem is, it’s Monday morning and you need to drive to the office.  You’re stuck on Highway 99 because there’s been an accident, and you were already running late because your car battery died from leaving the headlights on all night.  As your mighty vehicle is constrained to a mere crawl towards the office and your windshield wipers struggle to keep up with the downpour, you notice that you’ll need to fill up more gas soon, even though you swear you just filled it up.
