The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has reached a settlement with Thermal Energy Development Partnership, a biomass electric power plant in Tracy, Calif., for Clean Air Act violations for failure to properly operate and maintain emission monitoring equipment. Thermal Energy Development Partnership will pay $145,000.

 

The city of Stockton is accepting applications for two openings on its 16-member Stockton Arts Commission.
