The Stockton Community Council of the United Way of San Joaquin County will host the 11th Annual Power of One – Women Making A Difference Luncheon May 21.

The city of Stockton is accepting applications two nominees to serve the 12-member California Correctional Health Care Services Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC).
