Local GOP announces endorsements for primary election

STOCKTON – The Republican Party of San Joaquin County this week announced its endorsements for the June 5 primary election.

The candidate endorsements announced via an email blast include:

Congressional District 9: Ricky Gill

Congressional District 10: Rep. Jeff Denham

Senate District 5: San Joaquin County Supervisor Leroy Ornellas

Assembly District 9: Tony Amador

Assembly District 12: Assemblywoman Kristin Olsen

The Republican Party of San Joaquin County is the official grassroots campaign organization charged with electing Republicans to office throughout San Joaquin County. Its membership is committed to executing programs designed to register more Republicans, recruit volunteers, train candidates, endorse Republicans for local office, and turn out the Republican vote come election time.
