MODESTO – Modesto-based New Amsterdam Spirits today announced the addition of two new flavored vodkas – red berry and peach.

“The flavored vodka category is rapidly expanding as drinkers of white spirits look to expand their palates,” Gerard Thoukis, director of spirits at New Amsterdam Spirits, said in a statement. “We saw an opportunity to introduce flavored vodkas that are approachable in their taste profiles while still being unique to the category. The result is two premium vodkas that are so smooth they can be enjoyed straight or on the rocks, yet versatile enough to be easily mixed in a variety of cocktails.”

The two new vodkas are made from the finest quality grains and fruit flavors, and are both distilled five times for unparalleled smoothness.

New Amsterdam Master Distiller Andrew Curtis describes New Amsterdam Red Berry Vodka as having “a luscious, sweet, rich berry flavor with well-balanced, intense aromas of fresh strawberry and red raspberry. Along with a hint of sweet brown spice and a silky smooth mouth-feel, it has an ultra-clean finish.”

Curtis describes New Amsterdam Peach Vodka as having “a vibrant, sweet, succulent peach flavor. Along with subtle hints of floral and vanilla, New Amsterdam Peach Vodka exhibits a soft, refreshing mouth-feel.”

New Amsterdam Red Berry and Peach Vodkas are available nationally and both will be sold alongside New Amsterdam Gin and New Amsterdam Vodka.
